His two goals were added to by a Dave Kemp pair; Rob Dunbar scored Corinthians' single reply. Finchampstead made it through to the next round with a hard-earned victory over West Reading CFC, Ollie Hill getting both goals in a 2-1 win. Another double, by Greyfriars FC's James Hern, was not enough to see his side through to the second round. After a rather one-sided first half, opponents Wycliffe Wanderers took a 3-nil lead into the break. Although Greyfriars improvedin the second half, Wycliffe added another three to secure their passage. A smart hat-trick from Neil Healy was added to by strikes from Phil Knox, Jamie Shepherd and Baptiste Jouhannoud. The next round is scheduled for 26th November.
